Forsberg: The Celtics’ trade for Jrue Holiday gives Boston the best top six in the NBA

The Boston Celtics have traded away 2023 Sixth Man of the Year Malcolm Brogdon and fan-favorite big man Robert Williams III for All-Star floor general Jrue Holiday, making their top six players among the most formidable in the NBA.

The Celtics’ starting lineup could include Holiday and any of point guard Derrick White, veteran forward Al Horford, star center Kristaps Porzingis, and the dynamic All-NBA forward duo of Jaylen Brown and Jayson Tatum. And though the deal has hit NBC Sports Boston team analyst and Timelord No. 1 fan Chris Forsberg right in the feels, even he can admit how much better it made Boston.

To hear Forsberg join Marc Bertrand and Trenni Casey on a recent episode of “Arbella Early Edition” to make his case to that effect, take a look at the clip embedded below.
