Former Ravens TE Nick Boyle learning new position, shows off skills at Maryland Pro Day

The Baltimore Ravens got many amazing contributions from tight end Nick Boyle during his time with the team. A fifth-round pick in 2015, Boyle established himself as one of the best blocking tight ends in the NFL. However, a gruesome knee injury suffered during the 2020 season has hindered his career ever since, causing him to miss a massive amount of time.

On Wednesday, the University of Maryland held their Pro Day, and Childs Walker of The Baltimore Sun reported that Boyle was present showcasing himself as a long-snapper. Jeff Zrebiec of The Athletic then detailed Boyle’s transition, saying it began late in the 2022 season and the Ravens almost needed him to play the position in Week 18.
