Fox Lane

The 2-3 Foxes got a big 10-7 upset win over Mahopac to improve to .500. With 1:30 left, Carlos Monroy delivered a clutch field goal block, and recovered the loose ball, which helped set up the final possession for the Foxes. They drove down the field with only one time out and remained cool under pressure. John Czernyk threw an 18-yard touchdown pass to Max Travis for the game-winning scoring play with just 10 seconds remaining in the game. Fox Lane converted on an early second-quarter field goal, which Mahopac answered by scoring a kick return touchdown on the ensuing kickoff for a 7-3 lead with 9:49 left in the second quarter. That would be the lone touchdown the Foxes would allow, as they played a lockdown game defensively and strung together the go-ahead touchdown drive in crunch time.

Iona Prep

The Gaels picked up a marquee win at home against a red-hot Cardinal Hayes team that had been averaging 41 points per game, and outdueled them at home to top off their Senior Day festivities. Iona Prep scored 40-plus points for the first time ever this season, scoring a season high 46 points in their 46-35 win over the Cardinals. They took the lead midway through the first quarter and held on firm from there, scoring and responding when needed. As a team, they amassed 460 yards of total offense. Joey Gaston had 246 total yards, running for two touchdowns and throwing for two more. Crew Davis and Kadin Huling also had rushing touchdowns. Meanwhile, Steven Dowdy Jr. caught three passes for 63 yards and two touchdowns. Sam Bisesi made a 27-yard field goal, and Adande Nartey had the game-sealing interception late in the fourth quarter.

Mamaroneck

The Tigers protected their turf against a formidable John Jay-East Fishkill team, who entered Friday's contest 5-1. Mamaroneck was in control, ultimately winning 28-13, after a last-second Patriot touchdown cut into the deficit before the final whistle. It was a key game for the playoff picture, and the Tigers rose to the occasion. They limited the Patriots' pass attack to just 55 yards, and they were unrelenting defensively. Henry Mackie completed 8 of 10 passes for 120 yards and a touchdown, and he also ran for 55 yards and two rushing touchdowns. Kieran Jacobson also scored a touchdown in the win. T.J. Smith was a big two-way contributor in the win, tallying 15 tackles and a fumble recovery as a linebacker, while rushing for 83 yards on 13 carries on offense.

Rye

The Garnets are nearly back to full health, but was more than okay in a dominant 42-14 showing against undefeated Ardsley on Friday night. The Garnets are building up momentum and posted a second-straight lopsided win, and handed the Panthers their first loss in the process. Rye never punted in its victory, and it came up with three interceptions on defense. Offensively, the Garnets' vast arsenal of weapons overwhelmed Ardsley. Quarterback A.J. Miller was at the center of it all, completing 19 of 28 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns. He also added a rushing touchdown. Seven different receivers got involved, including touchdown receptions by Shepherd Griffiths and two by Charlie Stevens. Charlie Garnett and Ty Ramachandran also added rushing touchdowns.

Westlake

There's plenty of parity in Class C and D this year, but no matter the challenger, the Wildcats have always found a way to finish on top. The defending Section 1 Class C champion remained undefeated, after holding off Dobbs Ferry, 8-0, in a rematch of last year's section final. The Wildcats put together a masterful performance on defense, limiting the Eagles to just 70 yards for the entire game. They also forced Dobbs Ferry to go three-and-out in seven of their 10 offensive drives. Chris Kalle scored the Wildcats' lone touchdown on their first possession of the game. Dobbs Ferry had been voted Team of the Week twice this season.
