CMAC champion Pewamo-Westphalia is ranked No. 7 in Division 7, while Fowler moved up to No. 9 in Division 8 to round out the 11-player programs in the top 10.

East Lansing (Division 2), DeWitt (Division 3) and Sexton (Division 4) are each receiving votes and among the teams just outside the top 10.
