FINDING THE GROOVE: Lady linksters compete at Adams
Dana Jordan, Sue Meiler and Phyllis McWilliams turned out to be the threesome with the fewest -- strokes -- on their way to winning the Luck of the Draw feature put on Thursday by the Adam's Women's Golf Association.
The efficient trio combined to shot 96.

Jordan sweeps two titles
In a previous AWGA playdate, the ladies competed in a Low Gross on Even Holes feature.
Dana Jordan seized two A Flight titles -- feature (42) and low net (75). Kathy Brown owned the low putts crown (20).
B Flight: Feature -- Sue Ellen Layton (49); Low net -- Jan Castelli (74); Low putts -- Sue Meiler (32).
C Flight: Feature-- Carla Lyle (57); Low net and putts -- Sue Harris (81 and 32).

Castelli rules feature
In another May women's competition at Adams, Jan Castelli elevated her game to win the A Flight title for the Low Net on Odd Holes feature.
Castelli recorded a 32.5 score.
Cindy Eads nailed down the A Flight low net score (72) and tied with Felicia Nelson for low putts honors (30).
B Flight: Feature -- Kathy Kubitz (35); Low net and putts -- Willy Polk (72 and 33).
Birdies: Nelson (No. 12), Marilyn Griffin (No. 12).
