‘They’re fighting for clicks, we’re fighting for wins;’ Dan Lanning ignites Twitter with pregame speech
“They’re fighting for clicks! We’re fighting for wins!”
It’s a phrase that would do well on a T-shirt and given Oregon’s marketing history, don’t be surprised to see these at the Duck Store soon.
Dan Lanning was giving a pre-game speech before the big contest with Colorado and it seems to have worked with the way the Ducks played in the first half.
His message was Oregon football has substance and Colorado, with their coach Deion Sanders, is all talk with zero substance.
Social media has been on fire ever since ABC showed Lanning’s talk with his team right before they took the field. Here are some of the best out there.
