Ex-Green Bay Packers lineman Lane Taylor sells house in Hobart for $1.16 million

HOBART ‒ Former Green Bay Packers offensive lineman Lane Taylor sold his house at 4145 Trenty Trail for $1.165 million.

Taylor's five-bedroom, 4-1/2 bathroom house at 4145 Trenty Trail in Hobart listed for $1.2 million. The 5,998-square foot farmhouse-style home was built for Taylor in 2019. It includes a large porch, two-story great room, a chef's kitchen, basement with nine-foot ceilings and four-car garage. It is on a 1.09-acre lot.

Taylor was signed by the Packers as an undrafted free agent in 2013. He played eight years for Green Bay and was in 46 of 48 regular-season games from 2016-18, starting 45 of them. He played mostly left guard, but also played two games at right guard and two at left tackle. Taylor signed with the Texans as an unrestricted free agent in 2021. He played one year with the Texans and now is a free agent.

Still on the market is former punt returner and wide receiver Amari Rodgers' house at 2054 Buckthorn Drive in Ashwaubenon.

Rodgers' three-bedroom, two-bath house on Green Bay's west side lists for $458,000, down from the initial asking price of $480,000. Jen Kuo with Platinum Real Estate is the listing agent.

The 1,753-square foot house was built in 2021. It includes a gas fireplace, gourmet kitchen, patio, home security system and three-car garage on a .28-acre lot. Rodgers bought the house for $360,000 in July 2021, according to Brown County land records.

Rodgers is now a member of the Houston Texans.

Also still on the market, as it has been for several years, is the property owned by former Packers defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila at 1071 Hill Drive in Hobart. The property, which includes a main house and guest house with a total of 14 bedrooms, and 14.5 bathrooms, lists for $3.988 million. The buildings are on an 18.36-acre lot. Kuo is also the listing agent for this property.
