There's nothing like looking at a very nice house once owned by a professional athlete, right? It's a national pastime.

This time around we're ogling former Eagles right tackle and ex-Congressman Jon Runyan's former South Jersey mansion, a gaudy 14,000-square-foot property just a 28-minute drive from the NovaCare Complex.

It's nice! And it better be, because it's listed for $4.8 million.

The place has five bedrooms, seven full bathrooms, a chef's kitchen, a "pub" - because what house is complete without a pub? - featuring a game room and a full bar, a heated saltwater inground pool, and bonus guest apartments.

Runyan built the place himself in 2007 and lived there until he sold the home in 2015 for $3.8 million, according to the Philadelphia Business Journal. The current owner is a Chinese businessman.

Runyan famously once landed some sick tax breaks on the land by registering some of the property as farmland, citing the housing and maintaining of four donkeys and some timber.

Very normal stuff.

If you wanna check out the place because you have a ton of money or just some passing interest, here are a few shots of the house:
