ES North, PM West pick up Week 3 wins behind big performances
After a three-day wait, East Stroudsburg South and Pleasant Valley will decide their game Monday.
The teams started Thursday night, but it was called for lightning before halftime. The game will resume at 5 p.m. Monday with the scores knotted at 6.

East Stroudsburg North earned a victory Friday with a 18-14 decision vs. William Allen, giving head coach Dave Laughlin his first victory. Nate Clay rushed 16 times for 203 yards. The Timberwolves are 1-2. ... Pocono Mountain West (1-2) romped to a 49-20 win against Louis E. Dieruff. Ryder Bray threw five touchdowns and rushed for one. Bray connected for scores on throws of 65, 15, 39, 46 and 17 yards.
Stroudsburg (1-2) dropped a 31-0 decision to Northampton on Saturday as the Konkrete Kids remain unbeaten in the EPC (2-0 North). Northampton has won 28 straight division games, with its last loss coming at the hands of Stroudsburg in 2018. AJ Slivka scored two touchdowns for the K-Kids. ... Pocono Mountain East (0-3) fell to Bethlehem Catholic, 42-6.
