Will the Derrick White buzzer-beater in Game 6 change Boston Celtics history?

The Boston Celtics escaped from South Beach with a 104-103 victory vs the Miami Heat in Game 6 of the 2023 Eastern Conference Finals. Celtics guard Derrick White had a miraculous tip-in game-winner in the final seconds of the tilt to send the East Finals back to Boston for what could end up being a historic Game 7 with the Celtics having started the series down 0-3.

Can Boston make history at TD Garden on Monday night to become the first team in 150 postseason series where a team has gone down 0-3? If they do, how will we remember White’s unreal shot in the history of Celtics playoff lore?

The hosts of the CLNS Media “Garden Report Postgame Show” podcast Bobby Manning and A. Sherrod Blakley discussed where the game-winner could stand in Celtics and Boston sports history in the video embedded below.
