DC Jim Schwartz wants to lead the league in passion and effort
One of the biggest moves the Cleveland Browns made to improve the team in 2023 was the hiring of veteran defensive coordinator Jim Schwartz. He brings an impressive track record of success and a Super Bowl ring to the table. His aggressive style of defense matches up well with the players in Cleveland he has at his disposal.
During training camp practice on Tuesday Schwartz made it clear of one thing he wants to see for the team to reach their goals.
“We’re going to try to lead the league in passion for the game and things like that. And that doesn’t just happen on Sunday, you got to practice it. And I think the guys have responded well to that message.”
