Darius Bazley, Jarron Cumberland team up for Delaware Blue Coats' NBA G League win
The NBA G League's Delaware Blue Coats earned an overtime win Friday night against the Austin Spurs, and a pair of former Cincinnati-area high school standouts delivered a game-high 36 points and the game-winning basket.
Former Princeton High School star Darius Bazley's 36-point effort came on 16-of-28 from the field. He added nine rebounds, two assists, four steals and three blocks.
Former Wilmington High School star Jarron Cumberland, who played four seasons for the Cincinnati Bearcats, added 13 points, including the game-winner in overtime.
