The Dallas Cowboys (4-2) are coming off a bye week, and are preparing to face the Los Angeles Rams in Week 9, amid rumors of potential trade talks.
During Jerry Jones' weekly interview with "Shan & RJ" on 105.3 The Fan, Jones stated that there are certain areas of the team that could be improved if certain circumstances are met.
Jones stated that he is willing to consider options leading up to the Oct. 31 trade deadline, but clarified that he won't initiate talks with other teams. “Your best chance to get it done is when it comes by you and you grab it,” Jones said.
The Los Angeles Rams (3-4) cut veteran kicker Brett Maher after he missed two field goals and an extra point during the Rams 24-17 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. The Rams signed Lucas Havrisik off the Cleveland Browns practice squad and he is expected to be active against the Cowboys.
The Dallas Cowboys are the favorites to beat the Los Angeles Rams at AT&T Stadium.
