Copa America in Arrowhead: USMNT vs Uruguay tickets to go on sale
KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Copa America tickets for U.S. Men’s National Team (USMNT) versus Uruguay match set for July 1 inside Arrowhead Stadium will go on sale next week.
The South American Football Confederation (CONMEBOL) announced on Tuesday that tickets will go on sale at the Copa America website at 10 a.m. next Wednesday, Feb. 28. Jackson County residents and Kansas City Chiefs season ticket holders can get presale tickets starting at 11 a.m. on Thursday this week.

Copa America will kick off in Atlanta on June 20 and finish off in Miami on July 14. KC is one of 14 cities across the U.S. hosting. This is just the fifth time the U.S. has played in the tournament since its inception in 1916. The first four appearances were in 1993, 1995, 2007 and 2016.
Uruguay has won the Copa America championship 15 times which is tied with Argentina for the most titles ever in the tournament. No invitee from outside South America has ever won and fourth-place finishes in 1995 and 2016 are the furthest USNMT has advanced.
USMNT is undefeated (10-0-2) in the 12 matches they’ve played on the Chiefs’ homefield. Arrowhead Stadium will also host six FIFA World Cup matches in 2026.
