Cleveland Cavs, Charge guard Emoni Bates set for G League Up Next Game All-Star weekend

Cleveland Charge guard Emoni Bates has been selected to participate in the 2024 G League Up Next Game during NBA All-Star Weekend in Indianapolis on Feb. 18.

In five regular season games played for the Charge, Bates averages 24.6 points on 42% shooting and 43% from the three-point line to go with 5.4 rebounds and 2.6 assists per game.

The event features four teams of seven players playing in a tournament format. Ten of the 28 players are selected by fan vote with each team being led by a G League team head coach.

The Up Next Game will be played at G League Park in NBA Crossover at the Indiana Convention Center. NBA All-Star weekend will take place at the Gainbridge Fieldhouse, home to the Indiana Pacers.
