Check out the Week 2 MetroWest high school football scoreboard

There won't be much Friday Night Lights action in the MetroWest and Milford areas this weekend. Only six games are scheduled, and just one is a home game for a local team.

The bulk of the action will be Thursday. There are 12 games on the docket, highlighted by a state quarterfinal rematch between Hudson and Dover-Sherborn.

Franklin will look to continue its strong start with a visit to Brockton and new coach Jermaine Wiggins of New England Patriots fame.

Algonquin is hosting Hopkinton at its temporary "home" field at Westborough.
