At 8-7, the Jags still hold tiebreakers over the Houston Texans and Indianapolis Colts for the AFC South lead. But they're in the midst of a four-game skid as quarterback Trevor Lawrence battles injury after injury. He will miss the first game of his NFL career with a sprained shoulder suffered in last week's 30-12 loss to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, meaning C.J. Beathard will be the starting QB. Calvin Ridley caught two late touchdowns in that game, but running back Travis Etienne had his worst game of the season with 12 yards rushing and 19 receiving.

The Panthers are 2-13 but had their best offensive game of the season in last week's 33-30 loss to the Green Bay Packers. Rookie quarterback Bryce Young threw for 312 yards and two TDs, while Chuba Hubbard and Ihmir Smith-Marsette both ran for touchdowns.
