Cassius Winston joining Philadelphia 76ers NBA summer league roster
It appears, at least on the surface, that Cassius Winston’s time with the Washington Wizards is coming to a close. It was reported on Monday by JD Shaw of HoopsRumors.com that Winston will be joining the Philadelphia 76ers NBA summer league team.
Winston was originally drafted by the Wizards and stuck around on a two-way deal with the team for a few years.
Winston will follow in the footsteps of his fellow Spartan Aaron Henry, who played on the 76ers summer league squad last summer.
