Saul Canelo Álvarez is set to defend his super middleweight title against Jermell Charlo, the undisputed middleweight champion, in a highly-anticipated 168-pound bout on Saturday, September 30.

Charlo heads into his fight against Canelo unbeaten in his last five fights at 154 pounds. However, the Mexican superstar is still a 4-1 betting favorite to win the bout, per BetMGM.

Canelo will fight for the second time in 2023 on Saturday. He won his last fight against John Ryder on Cinco De Mayo weekend in Guadalajara, Mexico, by unanimous decision.
