Bullpen collapses after Turnbull's strong start, Phillies lose second straight game

In what could be his last start in awhile, Spencer Turnbull struck out eight over five strong innings. But, the Phillies bullpen struggled, blowing a 3-1 lead in the sixth, and eventually losing 7-4 to the Reds on Wednesday night.
