Who should be the Bucs’ backup QB in 2022?
Just a few days before free agency, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers were staring at the very real possibility of Blaine Gabbert and Kyle Trask battling it out for the starting quarterback job in 2022, following the retirement of Tom Brady.
Now that Brady is back for at least one more year, that same battle now shifts to the next spot on the depth chart, as the experienced veteran looks to keep his role behind the GOAT, hoping to fight off Tampa Bay’s second-round pick from a year ago.
Who should get the Bucs’ backup quarterback job this season?

I don't trust any of them to win us a game. But i guess gabbert is less likely to cost us a game. If brady has season ending injury i would go trask if we just need a Backup to play a few games i would go gabbert.

I mean, if you can't beat out Blain Gabbert you won't be a good QB in the NFL. Gabbert sucks. Not sure why Bucs coach pretend otherwise. He's sucked his whole career. He is ultimate practice QB with his arm but put him in a real game and his decision making folds
