The NFL has a question for football fans on X, the social media site formerly known as Twitter.
“Myles Garrett for DPOY?”
It’s only six games into the Browns season, but it could be argued that Garrett and the team’s defense are the primary reasons the team sits at 4-2 with a share of second place in the AFC North and currently in the playoff conversation. Of course, let’s talk about that in another six weeks.

It is difficult, however, to not give Garrett some serious consideration for Defensive Player of the Year – especially after the show he put on against the Indianapolis Colts.

In addition to that freakish display of athleticism on that blocked field goal, two Garrett strip sacks were directly responsible for 14 Browns points in the team’s 39-38 win. Against the Colts, he produced nine tackles.
On the season, Garrett has 22 tackles and 7.5 sacks (good for third in the NFL).
