Browns: Amari Cooper and David Njoku make history vs. Bears

The second coming of the Kardiac Kids found a way to get it done yet again against the Chicago Bears in front of their home crowd. The Cleveland Browns got their fifth fourth-quarter comeback of the 2023 season to get the team’s ninth win. Joe Flacco struggled for most of the game before he turned it on in the fourth quarter. However, he could not have done it without tight end David Njoku and wide receiver Amari Cooper.

Flacco threw for over 200 yards in the final quarter where he made as good of a throw as I have seen in Cleveland in my life on the 51-yard touchdown to Cooper. Despite their struggles on offense, they rose to the challenge again with the game on the line late in the final quarter.

On the final two drives, both David Njoku and Amari Cooper went over 100 receiving yards being the first duo in Cleveland since Josh Gordon and Jordan Cameron who did it in 2013. The Browns are in complete control of the Wild Card race in the AFC right now with just three games to go.
