Boys Lacrosse: All-Americans from Vestal, Elmira lead Section 4 all-stars

Two players from Vestal and one from Elmira have been named Section 4's USA Lacrosse All-Americans for the 2024 boys season.

Earning the honor from unbeaten Vestal were senior midfielder Sammy Baek and senior attack Braden McMahon. Elmira senior goalie Sam Brenen-Buseck also earned All-America recognition.

Academic All-Americans from Section 4 are Connor Phillips of Chenango Forks, Cash Vaughn of Binghamton Seton Catholic Central and Chris Kozlowski of Johnson City.

Chris Dutkowsky of unbeaten Vestal was named USA Lacrosse Coach of the Year for the section. Justin Creagh of Chenango Forks was named Section 4 Boys Lacrosse Assistant Coach of the Year.

Section 4 Boys Lacrosse Person of the Year honors went to Bo Flynn of Johnson City.

The awards were announced in conjunction with Section 4 all-stars, as selected by the coaches.
