The top overall seed in this year’s NCAA Tournament got off to a dominating start in the first round as the Alabama Crimson Tide crush the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders 96-75 in Birmingham.
Despite star freshman Brandon Miller being held scoreless, Alabama dominated the Islanders from start to finish.
The Crimson Tide was lights out from behind the arch finishing an impressive 15-34 for a solid 44.1%.
