The Boston Celtics looks for their 3rd straight Eastern Conference Finals appearance

The Boston Celtics are back in the playoffs for the 10th straight season.

The Celtics have been one of the NBA's most consistent teams as they are seeking their third straight Eastern Conference Finals appearance, and their fifth over the past eight seasons.

They have only made the NBA Finals once (2022) out of those five Conference appearances, and will be looking to break the tie with the Los Angeles Lakers for the most NBA Championships (17) in history.

They have home court advantage throughout the playoffs as the number one overall seed, and were the only team to reach 60 wins (64-18) this season.

They will start against the eighth-seeded Miami Heat, who they swept (3-0) during the regular season.

The road to the NBA Finals starts at TD Garden on Sunday. Here is the first-round playoff schedule for the Celtics.
