Sports world has a little fun with #llamasontheloose
Social media lit up Thursday thanks to some llamas – and the sports world played along.
The creatures cut loose in Sun City, Arizona – a suburb of Phoenix – eluding authorities and bystanders for more than 30 minutes.
As the chase was underway, the Phoenix Suns had a little fun, tweeting out a photo of former center Horacio Llamas, who played for the team in the 1996 & 1997 seasons.

Even the NFL got involved – the Arizona Cardinals jokingly announced a contract agreement, which led to the Indianapolis Colts and Minnesota Vikings suggesting they work out a trade.
