Bills Beaten by Dolphins, 22-9
The Bills were taken down by the Dolphins, 22-9, at Sun Life Stadium.
Kyle Orton finished 22 for 39 passing for only 193 yards and no touchdowns and no interceptions. Ryan Tannehill completed 26 of 34 passes for 240 yards, two touchdowns and one fumble for the Dolphins.
Bryce Brown rushed for 14 yards on six carries in addition to seven receptions for 57 yards. Chris Hogan snagged seven balls for 74 yards.
The Buffalo defense played tough in the loss, allowing 125 yards rushing and 240 passing. They tormented Tannehill with five sacks.
Dolphins running back Lamar Miller could not be contained, putting up 86 yards rushing and 12 receiving. Tight end Charles Clay also put together a noteworthy performance with 31 receiving yards.
The Bills host the Jets (2-8) next week while the Dolphins head to Denver to face the Broncos (7-2).
