Bengals snap counts from injury-filled loss to Chargers

The Cincinnati Bengals needed all sorts of help from depth players during the team’s loss to the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday.

Quarterback Joe Burrow didn’t miss a snap despite his finger injury. Both Tee Higgins and Joe Mixon didn’t reach the 80-percent mark in snaps because of different injuries despite big performances. Keep in mind the offense entered the game missing Trey Hopkins and Riley Reiff, two starters on the offensive line.

Defensively, Germaine Pratt was forced into playing 97 percent of the defense’s snaps after both Markus Bailey and Logan Wilson suffered injuries. Joe Bachie got in on 61 percent of the snaps as a result.

At corner, Chidobe Awuzie could only play 59 percent of the snaps due to injury, which let Vernon Hargreaves get in on 45 percent.
