Beavers end season with loss at MSU, Alyssa Hill goes 6-6 from field

Feb. 24—MANKATO — The Bemidji State women's basketball team finished out its season with a 92-62 loss at Minnesota State on Saturday afternoon in Mankato.

The Beavers (6-20, 3-19 NSIC) struggled to stop the Mavericks' offense, which scored at least 19 points in each quarter with a high of 30 in the third. MSU (23-5, 20-2 NSIC), the top team in the NSIC, held BSU to 20 points or fewer in each quarter.

In her final game in a Bemidji State uniform, Isabel Majewski led the Beavers with 13 points. Alyssa Hill was right behind with 12, going 6-6 from the field, and Sage Ganyo added 11.

Minnesota State had four double-figure scorers, led by Natalie Bremer with 18.
