Can you beat us? Daily Press staff predict High Desert prep football winners each week
The Daily Press sports staff is bringing back a weekly prep football pick'em contest.
Each week, sports reporter Jose Quintero, along with freelance journalists Todd Hadler and Jason Reed and freelance photographer James Quigg will share who they think will win each local high school football game.
This is a friendly competition among the journalists to see who gets bragging rights over the course of the season.
You can expect to see the picks every Thursday through the regular season, and as long as any of our local teams are alive in the CIF-Southern Section playoffs.
