Bananas tickets for Savannah games go on sale Tuesday — if you got a lucky lottery email
Were you one of the lucky Savannah Bananas fans who scored a chance to buy home game tickets for the 2024 season?
Emails went out Friday, Jan. 19 telling fans who entered the lottery whether or not they would have the opportunity to purchase the number of tickets each lottery entry requested.
Approximately 75,000 people requested tickets for Savannah Bananas homes games, according to Bananas owner Jesse Cole, who noted that a very limited number of lottery tickets would be available after K Club members had initial access. The fortunate fans who were selected are assigned a time slot Tuesday — exactly one month before the Bananas 2024 home opener — when they are able to purchase tickets.
With rolling sales based on location and date of game, each ticket sale that has already opened "sold out that day," Cole said.
Those who were not selected are automatically added to a ticket waitlist, should any unclaimed tickets become available.
When the Bananas closed the lottery for tickets, more than 2 million people had applied for tickets throughout the season. The Bananas stop in Houston, Texas was the most-requested with approximately 158,000 requests, according to Cole.
If you didn't get tickets to the Savannah Bananas, there are still spots available on the inaugural "Bananaland at Sea" cruise.

The following dates are the Savannah Bananas 2024 home games. The capacity at Grayson Stadium, home field of the Bananas, has been increased by 1,000 seats for this season.

September 26-28
The only other Georgia stop on the schedule is Gwinnett County on March 22-24.
