Sheetz drops gas price to $1.776, way below average in each of the 50 states

Pain at the pump? Not if you're heading to Sheetz

The Russia-Ukraine conflict created a gas-price increase in the U.S. that hadn’t been so hard-hitting on wallets since Hurricane Katrina back in 2005.

Since then, prices have decreased… but also spiked and spiked again, with the national average rarely going below $3.50.

When considering that monetary squeeze, it’s little wonder why Sheetz’s price drop—down to $1.776, a numeric play to celebrate the Fourth of July—made national news. And a lot of lines.

How does that compare to your state’s current average for a gallon of Regular Unleaded?

Here is the breakdown at the pump for all 50 states, according to AAA
