Auburn football score vs. UMass: Live updates from Hugh Freeze's first game
AUBURN — It's been nearly eight years since Auburn football's Hugh Freeze coached a game at Jordan-Hare Stadium.
He was the visiting coach in that one, leading Ole Miss to a 27-19 win over the Tigers back in 2015.
But now he'll be patrolling the home sidelines, looking to help Auburn score a win against UMass on Saturday (2:30 p.m. CT, ESPN). The Minutemen played in Week 0, forcing three turnovers and grabbing a win over New Mexico State last weekend.

4Q, 8:50: SCORE − Auburn 52, UMass 14. The Minutemen finally get back on the board with a 58-yard catch and run. The Tigers had scored 45 unanswered points.

3Q, 5:25: SCORE − Auburn 52, UMass 7. Freshman running back Jeremiah Cobb rips off a big 42-yard run for the first touchdown of his career.
