Atanta Falcons sign wide receiver J'Mon Moore
Jul. 30—The Atlanta Falcons have signed free agent wide receiver J'Mon Moore, the team announced Friday.
The 6-foot-3, 205-pound receiver was originally selected by the Green Bay Packers in the fourth round (133rd overall) of the 2018 NFL Draft. He spent 2019 on the Cleveland Browns practice squad and spent 2020 on the Houston Texans practice squad. The Texans waived him in March.
The former Missouri Tiger has appeared in 12 career games — all during his rookie season — and tallied two receptions for 15 yards and returned four kickoffs for 102 yards (25.5 avg.).
Moore put up big numbers his final two college seasons at Missouri with 62 catches for 1,012 yards and eight touchdowns as a junior, and 65 catches for 1.082 yards and 10 TDs as a senior.
