Arkansas basketball vs South Carolina in SEC Tournament: Score, live updates from second round

Arkansas basketball is still alive in the SEC Tournament after opening the postseason with a narrow overtime victory over Vanderbilt.

The reward for the 12th-seeded Razorbacks (16-16) is a date with No. 5 South Carolina (25-6) in the second round Thursday afternoon at Bridgestone Arena in Nashville. The winner will face No. 4 Auburn in the quarterfinals.

The Gamecocks came into Bud Walton Arena early in the SEC schedule and knocked off Arkansas 77-64 in the teams' only meeting of the regular season. The Gamecocks have won four of their past five games, with the only loss coming to conference champion Tennessee.
