In the biggest, most competitive matchup that boxing had seen in years, Terence Crawford put on a show en route to the undisputed welterweight championship. Saturday's superfight at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas was stopped in the ninth round after Spence had been badly beaten up and dropped thrice, once in the second round and twice in the seventh round.

Crawford is now the owner of all four titles, IBF-WBA-WBC-WBO, in a second weight class, the first time a male fighter has accomplished the feat in the four-belt era.

The two undefeated champions entered the ring with a combined record of 67-0 with 52 knockouts. Crawford moves to 40-0 with 31 KOs. Spence is now 28-1 after being handed his first professional loss. The bout was truly a matchup of the sport's best and Crawford put on a performance for the ages.
