Is Aaron Judge playing tonight? Yankees announce lineup vs. White Sox
Will Aaron Judge be in the Yankees' lineup Tuesday night when they host the Chicago White Sox?
That was the big question heading into this three-game series after the Yankees' captain sat out Sunday night's game in Los Angeles, one day after he busted through Dodger Stadium's outfield fence in making a spectacular catch to help preserve a victory.
Judge has an issue with his right big toe, and presumably was undergoing testing as the Yankees were off Monday.
Aaron Boone had an answer Tuesday afternoon. Speaking on the "Talkin' Yanks" podcast, the Yankees manager said Judge will not be in Tuesday's lineup and that he'll get a diagnosis as to whether it's a day-to-day issue.
