Aaron Hernandez headed back to court today

Aaron Hernandez is headed back to court today.

The former New England Patriots tight end has a probable cause hearing today.

Accused of orchestrating the murder of semipro football player Odin Lloyd, Hernandez will hear today what evidence the prosecution has against him.

He has pleaded not guilty, and his lawyers have labeled the case as circumstantial.

However, there's a lot of circumstantial evidence that has piled up against the former NFL player and a ton of bad publicity.

He remains in jail, held without bail.
