59 boys soccer players to watch in the Greater Savannah area in 2024
There were several impressive seasons by boys soccer teams in the Greater Savannah area last year as teams like South Effingham, Benedictine, Savannah Country Day, Richmond Hill, Woodville-Tompkins, Savannah Arts, Islands and Bradwell put together memorable campaigns.
The season is already underway in Georgia, and here's a look at the top boys players to watch in the Greater Savannah area in 2024.

Wesley Hooker, Savannah Country Day
The senior forward was named the Region 3-3A Offensive Player of the Year last season when he netted 15 goals with 18 assists. He was an All-Greater Savannah first-team selection.
Madden Gerlach, Savannah Country Day
Gerlach is a rock on the back line for an SCD squad that allowed less than a goal per game last season. He scored two goals and was an All-Greater Savannah first-team pick.
Abraham Rivera, Woodville-Tompkins
The senior midfielder, who helped lead the Wolverines to the Elite Eight last season, suffered a torn ACL during Club play. The All-Greater Savannah first-team pick could miss the entire season.
Evan Narvaez, Islands

Luis Lopez, Woodville-Tompkins
The senior forward is a team captain for the Wolverines, the defending Region 3-A Division I champions. He had 16 goals and one assist last season.
Ryland Summers, Savannah Arts
The junior goal keeper was a standout for the Panthers last season as he had 146 saves, three shutouts and a 1.31 goals against average for a team that went 13-5-1 and reached the Class 2A Sweet 16.
Andrew Kuyoth, Benedictine
The senior is an anchor on the backline for a BC squad that reached the Class 4A state semifinals last season.
Drew Cail, Calvary Day
The junior earned first-team All-Region honors as a goal keeper last season, and could also see time as a striker this season.
Jahdai Prince, Bradwell Institute
