Here are 6 outdoors shows coming up in early 2024 around Pennsylvania
The start of the year is the perfect point to plan what you might need to enhance the time you'll spend outdoors.
There are several outdoor shows planned across Pennsylvania over the next two months that can help you find the best gear, tips and experiences.
Here are the details of some of the larger events.
Pittsburgh
The Pittsburgh RV Show, billed as the longest running indoor RV show in the nation, is Jan. 6-14 in the David L. Lawrence Convention Center.
The show has been around since 1968 promoting roadtrips and RVing. The convention center has 9 acres of space for exhibitors to display the latest models and accessories. There are also campground representatives there to help you plan your next trip. There will also be boats, scooters and ebikes.

Harrisburg
The Great American Outdoor Show Feb. 3-11 celebrates hunting, fishing, and outdoor traditions in the Pennsylvania Farm Show Complex.
The show will feature more than 1,000 exhibitors ranging from shooting manufacturers to outfitters to fishing boats and RVs, and archery to art, covering 650,000 square feet of exhibit hall space. Events include archery competitions, celebrity appearances, seminars and demonstrations.

Monroeville
The second annual USA International Sportsmen's Show is Feb. 16-18 at the Monroeville Expo Center.
The show offers an opportunity to see hundreds of hunting, fishing, camping and outdoor recreation-related products and services.

Erie
The Erie RV & Outdoor Adventure Expo is Feb. 16-18 at the Bayfront Convention Center.

The Philadelphia Fishing Show is Feb. 16-18 at The Greater Philadelphia Expo Center at Oaks.
The event is aimed at providing information to those who like saltwater as well as freshwater angling. Visitors will find information on boats, lures, tackle as well as lodges and guide services.

Clearfield
The Central PA Outdoor and Sport Show will be held March 15-17 at the Clearfield County Fairgrounds.
