All 32 NFL quarterbacks (including Dolphins Tua Tagovailoa) ranked by passer rating after Week 15

There are just three weeks left in the 2023 NFL regular season, and, at this point in the year, many quarterbacks are starting that were keeping the bench warm at the start.

The Miami Dolphins have been very lucky to have Tua Tagovailoa start all 14 of their contests so far this season, and the only time he’s exited has been because of the score and not injury.

Now that Week 15 has come to an end, we put together a ranking of all 32 quarterbacks who started this past week by passer rating, including Tagovailoa.
