We’ve already looked at one of the receiver additions in LSU’s 2023 signing class in Shelton Sampson Jr., and now we’re checking out another in consensus four-star Texas signee Kyle Parker. Early playing time at receiver won’t be easy on this team, but Parker will try to break through in a crowded room.

The Lovejoy High School prospect from Texas flew a bit under the radar as far as in-state prospects go, but the Tigers managed to beat out the Longhorns and others to get him to come to the Bayou.
He’ll face an uphill battle this fall like all the true freshman receivers as he joins a loaded receiving corps with players like Malik Nabers, Brian Thomas Jr., Kyren Lacy and Chris Hilton.
The Tigers also added other talented high school signees in Sampson, Jalen Brown and Khai Prean.
