2023 FIFA Women's World Cup Schedule: When does the U.S. Women's National Team play next?

The stage is set for the United States Women's National Soccer Team as it gears up for a much-anticipated campaign in the 2023 FIFA Women's World Cup.

The matches began on July 20 in Auckland, New Zealand, and Sydney, Australia, and end on August 20.

When does USA play in 2023 World Cup?

The USWNT is scheduled to play three group games:

FIFA 2023 Women's World Cup groups

For the first time in the World Cup's 32-year history, the 2023 tournament will have an expanded field of 32 teams (64 matches), eight more than the 2019 tournament.

Only the top-two teams will advance to the knockout stages.

  • Group stage: July 20-August 3

  • Round of 16: August 5-8

  • Quarterfinals: August 11-12

  • Semifinals: August 15-16

  • Third-place playoff: August 19

  • Final: August 20
