Waiver Wired: Dupuis is back

Last week, I speculated that Jori Lehtera could get bumped to the top line because of Paul Stastny's foot injury and that has come to fruition. Lehtera has taken Statsny's spot between Vladimir Tarasenko and Alexander Steen. The 27-year-old center has been fairly consistent this season with two goals and seven points in eight games. Lehtera is still available in 78 percent of Yahoo leagues.

Here are some other players to target on the waiver wire:

Pascal Dupuis (PIT) - LW, RW - Owned in 6% of Yahoo leagues

Dupuis made his first appearance of the season this past Thursday after recovering from a lower-body injury and he registered five shots in 12:43 of ice time against Dallas. In his second game, Dupuis was placed on the top line alongside Sidney Crosby. Coach Mike Johnston likes Dupuis' ability to play up and down the lineup, but he has had plenty of success with Crosby in the past. It may take him a game or two more to get his timing back, especially since he missed most of the 2014-15 campaign due to blood clots, but he has the potential to be a productive player this year.

Mike Cammalleri (NJD) - C, LW - Owned in 37% of Yahoo leagues

Cammalleri has been red hot of late with two goals and six helpers in his past four games. He has also amassed 19 shots on goal over that span. Cammalleri has done most of his damage at even strength throughout his career, but he still has some room to grow on the power play this year, as he looks for his first tally with the man advantage. His ownership percentage has been climbing, so act quickly if you like to ride players when they are in the middle of a scoring spree.

Colin Wilson (NSH) - C, LW - Owned in 13% of Yahoo leagues

Wilson picked up just one assist in his first five games of the 2015-16 campaign, but he has been showing signs of breaking out of his sluggish start. Wilson recorded a goal and two assists against Anaheim this past Thursday after he chipped in a helper versus Tampa Bay the match before. He notched 20 goals and 42 points in 77 games last season, while going through hot and cold stretches. Wilson is still trying to become a consistent scoring threat, so he could be a player to put on your watch list depending on how deep your league goes. He is playing with a superb playmaker in Mike Ribeiro, which should help him find his stride offensively.

Mike Ribeiro (NSH) - C - Owned in 17% of Yahoo leagues

Nashville's offense has been better in their last handful of games and Ribeiro has picked it up during that time as well. After a slow start, the talented center has one goal and four helpers during a four-game point streak. Ribeiro has posted a plus-5 rating over that time, but his two shots on goal is certainly holding back some value. He has been skating with Craig Smith and Colin Wilson lately instead of Filip Forsberg and James Neal, but all of them were 20-goal scorers last year. Ribeiro racked up 62 points in 82 games in 2014-15 and there probably aren't many players on the waiver wire with that kind of scoring punch.

Mikko Koivu (MIN) - C - Owned in 31% of Yahoo leagues

Koivu is still proving to be a solid depth center. Mikael Granlund is struggling to establish himself offensively for Minnesota and Koivu has been churning out points. The veteran pivot has two goals and three assists over a five-game point streak. Koivu has also been tremendous in the faceoff circle this year with 171 victories, which ranks him fifth in the league, and he has a 57.3 winning percentage. He plays with Jason Zucker and Nino Niederreiter during even strength situations, but he still gets to play with Zach Parise on the top power-play unit.

Loui Eriksson (BOS) - LW, RW - Owned in 28% of Yahoo leagues

Eriksson has enjoyed a great start this season with seven points in seven games. He has posted two points in three of his last five contests. Eriksson has done most of his scoring on the power play, where he has both of his goals and four points. The Bruins own the best power play in the NHL with a 33.3 percent success rate. Eriksson has also joined David Krejci, who has been outstanding in the opening month of the season with 12 points in seven matches, on the first line during even strength action.

Justin Williams (WSH) - RW - Owned in 20% of Yahoo leagues

Williams has generated one goal and three assists since Nicklas Backstrom returned to the lineup from off-season hip surgery. He contributed two helpers in his Capitals' debut, but Backstrom's addition to his line has given him a significant boost. Williams had some productive seasons in Los Angeles with Anze Kopitar as his center, so he will be able to take advantage of playing with another elite middleman in Backstrom. Washington has Williams on the second power-play unit, which means you shouldn't expect much production there, but if he stays with Backstrom then he has a legitimate shot at 50-60 points.

Adam Henrique (NJD) - C, LW - Owned in 23% of Yahoo leagues

Henrique has produced six goals in eight games this year to go with three assists and 19 shots. He has been firing on all cylinders of late with five markers and eight points in his past five outings. New Jersey's top line, with Henrique in the middle of Mike Cammalleri and Lee Stempniak, has been on a roll, so take advantage of their upswing while you can.

Mikkel Boedker (ARI) - RW - Owned in 5% of Yahoo leagues

Much of the attention in Arizona has been focused on rookies Max Domi and Anthony Duclair, but Boedker reminded everyone that he shouldn't be forgotten by netting three goals in Saturday's 4-1 win against Ottawa. The 25-year-old winger notched 19 goals and 51 points in 82 games in 2013-14 and he was on pace for another 50-plus point season last year, but injuries got in his way. Boedker is skating on the top line and he has the potential to build on those performances this campaign despite his slow start.

Ryan Murray (CBJ) - D - Owned in 3% of Yahoo leagues

Murray has posted one goal and two assists in two games since John Tortorella took over behind the bench. He has chipped in two points on the power play and didn't finish either contest with a minus rating. The 22-year-old defender appears to have received a boost since the coaching change and if he can stay healthy, which has been a problem for him in his previous two seasons, then he should be able to surpass the 30-point mark while adding plenty of blocks.
