Free-agent guard Arron Afflalo has agreed to a two-year, $25 million deal with the Sacramento Kings, league sources told The Vertical.

For the Kings, Afflalo delivers an established, mature perimeter performer assured to bring professionalism and production to the roster.

Afflalo, 30, played the past season in New York and opted out of the final year of his contract. He averaged 12.8 points on 44 percent shooting – including nearly 39 percent on three-pointers – for the Knicks.

Sacramento has been searching for shooting on the free-agent market and remains involved with several players, including Ryan Anderson and Courtney Lee.

In nine NBA seasons with Detroit, Denver, Orlando, Portland and New York, Afflalo has averaged 11.6 points.
