Oregon State beat out Utah and TCU for Tucson (Ariz.) Pima C.C. offensive tackle Jordan Agasiva on the Mid-Year National Signing Day, which was a mild surprise. The Utes and Horned Frogs' staff made Agasiva their top priority as did the Beavers, and OSU's Polynesian culture helped land the 6-foot-5, 310-pounder.

Agasiva has a great eligibility situation as he's enrolling early and will come to Corvallis as a true junior - meaning he has two years to play with a redshirt year, if OSU chooses to go that route for Agasiva. Agasiva signed with Hawaii in the class of 2015, but he went the JuCo route to find a new home. He has that new home in Corvallis.
