Sanchez, Smith both listed as Jets starters
The New York Jets have two starting quarterbacks -- at least for now.
Veteran Mark Sanchez and rookie Geno Smith both were listed as the team's first-team quarterback in the team's preliminary depth chart issued Monday.
The Jets have no one listed as their second-string quarterback.
It's the same strategy used by the Philadelphia Eagles, who have Michael Vick and Nick Foles both listed as the first-team quarterback on their depth chart.
Also, Bilal Powell is listed as the Jets' starting tailback ahead of Chris Ivory. Stephen Hill and Jeremy Kerley are the starting wideouts for now, and Jeff Cumberland is the starting tight end, with Kellen Winslow at No. 2.
On defense, the Jets' two first-round draft choices -- cornerback Dee Milliner and defensive tackle Sheldon Richardson -- are listed as starters for now.
