Report: Vick not willing to renegotiate contract
Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Michael Vick is not willing to renegotiate his contract, which pays him $15.5 million next season, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported Friday.
The Inquirer cited a "source familiar with Vick's thinking" but Vick would not publicly comment.
Vick is under contract through 2015 but the team is unlikely to keep Vick for $15.5 million next year. The Eagles owe Vick $3 million on Feb. 6. The team could release Vick and make him a free agent or trade him.
