Packers might not have Finley on Sunday

Green Bay quarterback Aaron Rodgers could be without one of his favorite targets this week when the Packers host the Washington Redskins.

NFL.com reported Wednesday that tight end Jermichael Finley missed practice and traveled to Minnesota to receive treatment on his injured toe. Finley was injured in Sunday's loss to San Francisco when 49ers linebacker Patrick Willis stepped on the back of his leg.

Packers coach Mike McCarthy said Finley would be "hard pressed" to practice until Friday. Green Bay is hoping with enough rest, Finley will play Sunday.

Finley compiled five receptions for 56 yards and one touchdown in the loss to the 49ers.
